Customer satisfaction is paramount. We do "whatever it takes" to meet a deadline and have developed the tools, processes and code libraries to help ensure we achieve this. Read on for more about how we like to do business and a bit about the company.
No stupid questions, just stupid people We take the time to get to know exactly what you want to achieve prior to the commencement of a project. If we ask what seems like a "stupid" question, it is just because we would rather seem stupid now than look stupid later.
Keep ‘em lean, keep ‘em keen We are only a small company, four people in fact. We like it this way, we enjoy working together and despite our lack of numbers we are able to get through the same amount of work as some larger development teams. Of course, if we need to scale up for a project we have PLENTY of friends we can rely on.
We will not take on work that we cannot do well Being small forces us to only do projects when we know we have the required skills, resources and time. If you were to ever miss a deadline because of us, you would never use us again, and we wouldn't want that!
We love source control And so should you. It means all of the hard work we have done for you is safe. Our source control is off site and has regular back-ups to ensure nothing is lost. We respect your trust Any sensitive information provided to us is clearly identified and looked after during the project. At the end of the project we can return it to you or destroyed at your request. Mum's the word If you ask us to not discuss any projects we have done for you, mum's the word.
No surprises We will not change anything without consulting you first. Frequent progress reporting We believe in frequent, timely communication and feedback. We report regularly on progress towards objectives and contact reports are written after all key meetings.
Comprehensive end-of-project review. We also undertake a formal review with clients at the completion of a project.
Continuous improvement Our systems are continually being improved. We appreciate your feedback; it helps us improve our service.
